  1. To convert to PDF: Open https://www.ilovepdf.com/pdf_to_word follow the instructions to convert to word. Change the font, colour etc. to suit.
  2. Accessibility tools
    • a) Immersive Reader
      • Open the Word document
      • Go to View → Immersive Reader
      • Click Play
      • You can:
        • Change voice speed
        • Adjust text spacing
        • Change background colour
        • Focus on one line at a time

2. b) Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)

  • Read Aloud
  • Read This Page Only or Read To End of Document
  • Open PDF in Adobe Reader
  • Go to View → Read Out Loud
  • Select:
  • Activate Read Out Loud
