Usually just an outline of the lecture, maybe with headings.
This is a more naturalistic method of notetaking.
You write what is said (or you have read) in the order it happens.
Cornell Notes are a type of linear notes, but to my mind linear notes have less structure.
These notes were taken from an online lecture,
I have used arrows to indicate flow.
At the top of the page included the link to the
module (16.2).

Starts with the annotated bibliography reference (3H) and the referencing details, page numbers on the left and then notes from my understanding from the reading of the article .
I have included citations, and where I have quoted directly from the journal I have used inverted commas (“”).
This should prevent accidental plagiarism.
This form of taking notes is much less structured than the Cornell method.
It’s worth experimenting to see if you get the amount of information you need when using a less systematic approach.
